The Methodist Pentecost 1758 – 1763 by Rev Dr Herbert Boyd McGonigle

Price: £5.95

The Methodist Pentecost 1758-1763, is a treatise on the subject of the revival of these years and deals with many of those involved in the movement of God at that particular time.

This book clearly shows Wesley’s teaching on Christian Perfection and what it meant to him personally and his great desire that it would be widely accepted and experienced by his people, preached by his preachers and become the reality of grace to them all. His belief was that if this was preached in all the societies, and if they were drawn to seek this experience then surely revival would come.
